For the month of February, our virtual Parent Chat will be a four-part series on raising resilient and self-confident kids. As always, attendees will access professional insight from Dr. Moe Gelbart as well as share their challenges with one another in this confidential and supportive space. The Parent Chat is provided in partnership with @beachcitieshealth and @thelmamcmillen and is available free of charge to all South Bay parents and caregivers every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
