Sunset Healing Journey with holistic-ly hanna

A dreamy beach session to help you ground, connect & release. Hosted by holistic-ly hanna & HERmosa Circle to bring you peace + healing.

We will gather at 25th Beach in Hermosa for a 60ish min journey to bring you all the things you desire while helping you to release what doesn't align.

Light somatic movement & breathwork, meditation & energy healing. You will leave feeling calm, grounded yet energized and aligned. After we will collectively connect and share experiences (if you feel called) & my wonderful friend Lizzy will provide her yummy warm tea.

Please bring a blanket to lay on and an additonal blanket if it is windy/cold. Wear comfy clothes and come open to the energy. If you like to journal I would invite you to bring a journal and pen <3.
